Well whip a welly and call it wilma if it isnt saturday what a day all in all we heeded the weather forcast and decided last night we would have a lovely lie in today so we didnt wake up until just before 9ish, when the sun was streaming through our windows so much for the storms and rain that we was promised. It was too late to get up and go anywhere on a saturday morning so we decided to stick with our original plan and have a lazy day we had some bacon sarnies for breakfast which even belle enjoyed and then we just watched TV most of the day played on the puters and built block towers with belle. The storm finally arrived around noonish but it wasnt anywhere near as bad as they made it out to be on the news everywhere there was rain sure and a pretty strong wind but not as bad as it was a few weeks ago. The rain hardly stayed around for long but we still stayed in and had a little lunch of dippers and noodles before tidying round in the afternoon and then I made a cottage pie for tea as I was making it I thought I would make an angel delight dessert for pud looked in the fridge and noticed we hardly had any milk left so I proposed that we go to tescos after tea Jen said she didnt mind even though it meant that she had to get out of her PJs that she had been wearing all day long hehe. We jumped in the car and headed into stratford but the storm must have jumped over us as there was a lot of big puddles on the way there and the forcast says that the worst is to come tonight :( We got to tescos and I filled my car up with petrol as it is a cheapish garage there and then got some milk bread and a couple of treats before heading back home just in time to get belle to bed.
I think that Im gonna wrap it up there as its an early rise tomorrow as Jen is working so we have to hope that the roads are clear of floods on the way to work and then I will be going round the market trying to bribe Belle into behaving hehe but seriously if the weather is nice then I will be heading out to the market for a little mooch around maybe find a bargain or two :)
