Well here we are the end of the first day of the week and mash my maracas with madras if it wasnt a chilly monday as always brrr Still on the good side at least I found out why my feet have been so cold the last few days its because the bottom is coming off my shoe! darn it I was hoping these trainers of mine would last a while longer but I looked at them this morning and noticed that the sole of my left shoe was coming away from the rest of the shoe :( so I am gonna break out some new sneakers a rare treat for me really hehe just hope the new shoes are a little snugger and warmer.
Its a late posting tonight as I have been out with my mates for a curry it was back in Solihull so I had to travel over there and pick one of my mates up who had a crash a while ago and it seems hasnt got his car fixed so I didnt mind driving him we all met up for a indian curry and a catch up it was pretty nice as I havent seen most of them since before I went to the states so it was nice to catch up although it was a little chilly coming back in the dark wasnt much fun either :( still it was clearer than it was this morning when I was taking Jen to work it was very foggy/misty (hmm arent they the same thing or is there a difference??) it was a bit scary once or twice going round the country roads to get to alcester in fact on the way back one of the junctions that I drive past had two people exchanging insurance details after what looked like a little bump.
My day was spent tidying round the house and searching for a mystery I got belle up this morning and she had her drink cup with her but since then we havent been able to find her drink at all we have looked high and low round the house it has driven me insane searching for it but alas there is no sign of the thing anywhere. I know she is a little big for sippy cups these days but she has a tendancy of throwing the cup down when she has had enough and that makes me wonder what she will be like with an ordinary cup hmmmm I have a feeling alot of spilt drinks are on the way. Mind you we are gonna be potty training little belle too so thats gonna make for an interesting few months I am sure but Jen and I promised ourselves that we arent buying anymore nappies so its time to start thinking about it now. Our little girl is growing up and I dont like it :( I managed to wrap up some more of my xmas pressies today too I now have my aunts stuff wrapped up all that is left is little belles stuff now (which will take a while I am sure she makes out like a bandit!! ) and then we are all set I think we are pretty much set for xmas now we have our turkey, the tree and even the presents brought and wrapped all we need now is for the day to arrive and it isnt far away now is it?.
Well I think I better wrap this one up and head off to kip to get warmed up a bit as I am still cold from that ride back home more details about the curry tomorrow night. Hope you have a wonderful tuesday
