Is it just me or is the weather weirder by the day? I got up this morning bright and breezy and ready to head off to a car boot and just as we was ready to leave the house the rain started to drizzle by the time we got to the boot it was pouring down blergh it was ok though as most of the car boot was inside so we had a nice mooch around even though it was a bit busy and squashed up in there I think everyone had the same idea to go to an indoor car boot. We went to the local market later and then headed home after unpacking the car with our boot treasures we sat down to have some lunch and as we sat down out came the sun Grrrrr its as though it was waiting for us to get back in the house! I wouldnt mind but we were all totally drenched not just because of the rain but because Belle has discovered the new game of Jumping in puddles so of course we kind of have an upside down shower while we are walking with her.
It was a great day though the car boot was full of stuff we grabbed a few cheap DVDs and even managed to buy a cheap christmas tree I know It is a while away and we normally have a real tree but we wanted to grab it as it seemed like a good deal as it was only £8 for a 5 foot tree with lights a bargain under any circumstances hehe there was nothing much at the market but saying that it was blumming freezing and damp and wet so I guess that put alot of people off I do however have a confession though I know that today is rememberance day and all about the 2 minutes silence etc but we just arrived at the market and it was one of the first times that belle wasnt in her push chair I was hobbling around on my stick and belle was walking for a change so we was wondering around the market when all of a sudden we heard the chimes of big ben on the radio and everyone stopped dead for the two minutes silence of course that was the moment that belle decided to run off!! I yelled "BELLE" at the top of my voice just as I realised that it was time for the two minutes silence everyone glared at me :( thankfully Jen was quicker on her feet than me and grabbed belle before she managed to get too far and then we stood there for the rest of the silenece but I felt so bad and I felt like everyone was looking at me for being so rude and disrespectful :( thankfully we had finished mooching by then so we got in the car and headed home :)
We had a chilled out afternoon watching some cartoons we watched the tinkerbelle movie with Belle and then we popped family guy on for an hour or so before I made some pizza and chips for tea a real sunday lunch, I am just trying to use up some of the stuff out of the freezer because we have a lot of new stuff coming from asda on tuesday to restock it.
Well I better wrap this up as Jen is working tomorrow so I have to be up at silly oclock. So dear reader its time to bid you a fair goodnight and wish you well for the week ahead I hope you have a good one.
