Well dear blogger I have to admit I think I am definately an englishman it is now May and it should mark the coming of summer etc but here it has been raining all day on and off. Am I upset? nope I am looooving it this is the sort of weather I love rain rain and more rain definately my sort of summer I say bring it on, Its been glorious and definately more my sort of thing compared to the start of the week with the heat wave and all, I hear that the good weather I sent has finally arrived over there I hope it stays well for the next few days. but is gone by the time I head back hehe.
We have had a nice day we got up and lounged around a bit after all now its cool we are making the most of it hehe. Anyway I digress we finally decided to go to the supermarket as the strawberries we had brought the other day had bit the bullet and alas it was time to get rid of them. they had an offer on of buy one get two free so we couldnt refuse such a temptation we grabbed a couple of other bargains but we are working through the stuff we have now as there is only a month or so left and we have a kitchen full of food left over. we will take some of it to Jens sister and leave whatever we dont use there as she has a terrible habit of takeout food and uses the excuse that she never has any food in the house! I still dont think it will or would make a difference if her whole house was choccablock with food hehheehe. Its only really essentials for us now until we hit the shops back in the UK hehe.
Well the weekend looms ahead of us all now I dont think we have anything major planned really just a trip to the local mall to see the famers market on there and maybe grab some little digital keyfobs as they are on offer so Jen and I might have one each as well as one for my aunt and maybe one for my dad Im not sure yet depends how they work:) I hope you all have a wonderful weekend whatever you are upto and I hope you have a wonderful bank holiday too they dont seem to do bank holidays over here but then again every month they have some excuse for a holiday I think I will miss that.
