Well here we are already Wednesday of my last full week of work blimey how the time does fly I am more excited that a flea in a forest of fine fluffy fur. It has been a great week too I have been left to my own devices so pretty much I have come in to work sat at my desk blogging all day and then gone home at the end of it all. This is no mean feat I have had to work very hard to train myself to look like I’m in a state of readiness even when I am in a deep sleep. Today even I was bored (I know that’s sad it’s only been a day or so but I am bored already) so I decided I would help out the place by throwing away all the stuff we no longer need in the ‘puter room. Its really amazing how much crud you can save up in the space of a few years! (well 14 to be precise ) I have to admit to feeling a pang of sadness as I was wading through the stuff though remembering old times and how I used to enjoy coming to work not to mention all the fun we used to have whilst doing it. All that stopped along time ago what with rules and policies and regulations these days you cant even blink without filling out a requisition form in triplicate and having it authorised by Englebert Humpadink and Hitler and countersigned by the pope! So it may be with a sorrow in my heart but I am throwing out all the old stuff and leaving it all tidy and clean for them after I have gone. I honestly cant wait now it is almost within reach and with every second that goes by I am more excited. Ready for the new adventures ahead.

Thanks to you all too for your kind words about yesterdays tumble for Jen and Belle god I have to admit it was a heck of a shock as I wasn’t sure what had happened and how badly they were hurt. Thankfully Belle was fine and it seems to be Jens elbow that took the worse of the fall but it is well on the way to being healed already and with doctor dick on the case then she will be fine in no time I am sure. It just really brings things home to you that in the blink of an eye like that how things can change though thankfully they weren’t badly hurt but it all could have turned out so different, I am thankful it didn’t though.

Is it just me or is this Political Correctness and civil rights going insane these days? I was watching the news this morning about that guy that has been let out of prison on probation he is tagged and has to report in etc etc etc but they cant deport him as he has human rights and may get tortured ! but what about the many hundreds of people who died because of him and his cronies? What about their human rights? No one protected them from the horrors that this guy and others inflicted upon them. And then in the next story was a law that is being brought in about kids being sold knives who are underage! And some politician woman saying that we have all gone PC crazy and shouldn’t listen to arguments like that??? Well make up your mind people its either PC or not! What the hell is going on its going crazy here.

OK ok rant over Im calming down now with my cup of camomile tea and a rich tea digestive ;) I guess I had better go and vent some of this puzzlement on tidying up the room a bit more so until next time I will bid you all a fond fairwell and wish you the best of health and happiness
