morning and welcome to a dismally dull & damp dawn its been throwing it down with rain most of the night and its still going this morning here blergh this is what summer is all about isnt it! mind you I am gonna have to take some of the blame for this as I had my windows cleaned yesterday 
bloody rain kept me awake for most of the night though boooo so hence the reason why I am tired again today! 
On the plus side of things I am only here for half a day today because Im off to the hospital again today to get my injection points checked over yaaaay I know that sounds horrible and in truth it is but at least it gets me out of here for the afternoon 
Had a wonderful night last night went out with an old work friend (one from back when I used to like coming to work) for a meal with Jen and belle it was lovely just chilling out and chatting for a change catching up on all the goss and filling her in on all the gossip from work (what little there is!) Belle of course was showing off throwing her little winnie the pooh figures over the restaurant . the little minx!. then as I sat there tucking into my burger and fries meal (we did go to a proper restaurant not mcdonalds honestly) then suddenly a little hand reached out and grabbed my plate and yoinked it towards her she grabbed a handful of chips and a lump of my burger bun before I got it back off her hmmm I think I have an expert thief on my hands here 
oh well I best get on with hiding the work before I go and get poked and prodded in the preverbeals! Hope you have a wonderful day and dont get caught in the floods
