wow its a post from that boredrich fellow where in the name of squashed savaloys has he been I hear you mumble through gritted teeth 
Well it has been a while hasnt it almost a week and a half but here I am after a rather sever case of gastroenteritus! yes fellow bloggers I was going off from both ends with what seemed like no end in site but mid last week I dried up a little so I thought I would take the rest of the week off and chill a little get a bit of a feel for what it is gonna be like when I am made redundant 
but I did log on once or twice to catch up in the wonderful world of blog and I proved that I will still blog even though I am not in this rather run down shabby office.
So here I am again back in my office having tidied up all the mess and crud that was left behind while I was off. and I think I am back ontop of my work now well not quite but it can wait nothing really important anyway just work 
Other news is that I am now without the boredom mobile as it is being mended at the garage 
on the plus side though I do have a courtesy car which is a little KA a nice little run around but it is a manual. not that I mind as I had until recently always driven a manual but I think that I have just got really lazy driving a automatic I can still drive a manual dont get me wrong but I do forget to change gear well I did the first time I left the garage and was half way home before I realised why the car was making a noise as I overrevved the engine 
I should be geting my car back by the end of the week and I cant wait its weird how attached to things you can get isnt it but I love that car now.
well Im off to catch up with more blogs work again before someone realises that I havent done anything since getting in this morning

hello rich its me hebburndelboy. blog is really acting weird today. I can go onto myblog.co.uk and I'm logged in but I can't log in anywhere else so I can't post or upload media. it better be sorted for your birthday tommorrow. this is very weird.
