well what a thouroughly miserable way to start the week thankfully and touch wood quickly touches own head the floods havent yet hit sunny solihull! some of the scenes on the TV are just unbelieveable especailly as I have been to and visited some of the places in more dryer times of course. I must say it is nice of Mr Brown to pop down to some of the sites to shake his head dissaprovingly at the floods before jumping in his helecopter back to dry land! wonder if he would be so smug if number 10 flooded! or if his house was one of the new ones they plan to build on the floodplains!
The weather is terrible though isnt it rain rain and more rain hmm oh and just incase you didnt notice more rain too.
This is normally the time of week I describe about what I did over the weekend well this weekend because of the rain it wasnt much I just cleaned and tidied up at home......88|I know I know its amazing but sometimes I actually do tidy... it didnt feel right somehow though ;) yesterday was a good day though we went for a little walk.... hmm or should that be wade.... down the park at least it got us out the house and got my hands out of the soapy water and feeling a little less like kim and aggy in how clean is your house!. It was a nice day though sun was shining and the birds were singing its as though the floods were just a distant nightmare. I really feel for the people who have been flooded though not only because they have been booted out of their homes and their possessions ruined but also because they will have months of cleaning up to do when the rain does stop and the water subsides a little.
so for all its worth I just want to say sorry to everyone who is flooded or more than a little moist.
